Conferences were held in downtown Tokyo, on Monday and Tuesday — BEFORE the exhibition — to reduce a multiplicity of various activities during the exhibition: exhibition itself, keynotes, free seminars, etc.

We set up total thirty-two 90-minute sessions (i.e. no full-day workshops).

It cost ¥50k for one day (four sessions) or ¥80k for two days (eight sessions), excluding 8% consumption tax.
